All prices on Bosphorus for delivery in Denmark apply as retail prices and include 25% Danish VAT. Prices are listed in Euro, Danish kroner or USD (EUR/DKK/USD).

Shipping costs are not included.

Payment

We accept payment with Visa, Dankort, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, and mobilepay. All card payments are effectuated between our encrypted SSL payment system, to ensure safe and reliable payment.

At the moment we do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries.

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

We offer FREE DELIVERY.

Delivery is made with pakkelabels.dk´s Delivery Partners: Bring, Danske Fragtmænd, DAO365, DHL, GLS, and PostNord. We will ship your order within 1-5 business days after the order has been processed, then it takes 1-3 business days for delivery in EU, USA & Canada within 7 working days. Once your package is scanned, you will receive an e-mail with a Track&Trace number so you can track your package. Simply insert your package number on www.track.pakkelabels.dk, or contact us for further information or help.

Complaints 

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods.

When shopping on this website you have 24 months’ right to file a complaint. This means that you can get your goods repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Your complaint does, of course, need to be valid, and any faults found must not be the result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging conduct.

You can make a claim within a “reasonable timeframe” once you have discovered the fault in the product. If you complain within two months after having discovered the fault, the complaint will always be valid.

If the claim is valid, we will refund your (reasonable) postage.

If you wish to file a complaint, please include the below information. We recommend you send your return goods by parcel post, so you get a receipt as proof of dispatch!

Return your product only when in accordance with our policy, or you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. If in doubt, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy 

You (as a consumer) have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. 

Please inform Bosphorus within 14 days of the receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase, and if you want to also why you wish to cancel the purchase. This is not a mandatory requirement but helps us improve our customer service and understanding.

The announcement must be made through Email: connect@bosphorus.dk or tel: +45 26 29 21 15. In your message, you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our model withdrawal form and return this to us. You can find it below.

You cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.

Withdrawal of a part of an order

If you purchase more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are purchased and sent in one order.

Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded if you withdraw a part of an order.

Return

If you choose to cancel the purchase, you must pay return postage. The product must be returned to Bosphorus, within 14 days from the date in which Bosphorus has been informed about the cancellation of the purchase.

At returning you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product.

The condition of the product when you return it

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store.

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you when withdrawing from the contract can only get part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.

To receive the full price you must, therefore, do the same, as you will do in a physical store. You can test the product but you cannot start using the product.

Reimbursement

If you withdraw from the contract, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the price.

If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not, however, additional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery which we offer), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.

We can withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products.

Complaint procedure

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us at connect@bosphorus.dk. If we, contrary to expectations, cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. www.forbrug.dk.

It is also possible to file a complaint with the EU commissions online dispute resolutions platform, which mainly will be relevant for consumers living in another European country than Denmark. The ODR platform is accessible here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
