Terms and Conditions
All prices on Bosphorus for delivery in Denmark include 25% Danish VAT. Prices are stated in Danish kroner and euro (DKK / EUR). Shipping costs are not included.
We accept payment with Visa, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro and mobilepay. All card payments are made between our encrypted SSL payment system to ensure secure and reliable payment. We do not currently offer tax-free purchases on orders from outside the EU. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Danish consumer legislation on defects applies to the purchase of goods.
When you shop on this site, you have a 24 month right to file a complaint. This means that you can have your goods repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Your complaint must of course be valid, and any errors found must not be the result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You can make a claim within a “reasonable time frame” once you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the error, the complaint will always be valid. If the claim is valid, we will refund your (reasonable) postage.
If you wish to lodge a complaint, please include the information below. We recommend that you send your returned goods in packages so that you receive a receipt as proof of shipment!
Return your product only when it complies with our policy or you are responsible for any additional costs. If in doubt, please contact us.

At www.bosphorus.dk we offer free shipping with Bring, DAO365, DHL, GLS and PostNord.
We ship your order within 1 business day after the order is processed, then it takes 1-3 business days for delivery in DK, 4-7 business days for delivery in EU, 7-10 business days for delivery in US and Canada. Once your package has been scanned, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number so you can track your package. Simply enter your package number at https://track.shipmondo.com, or contact us for further information or help.

If you choose to cancel the purchase, you must pay return postage. The product must be returned to Bosphorus within 14 days from the date Bosphorus has been notified of the cancellation of the purchase.
Upon return, you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product.
Certain products can not be returned by normal post. This applies to jewelries over 1000 DKK/134 Euro. It is recommended that the customer sends the return package insured. Check the packaging companies rules.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods as a result of the handling of the goods except what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store, but you can not start using the product.
If the product has been tested in addition to that described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal from the contract, you can only get part or none of the price refunded, depending on the commercial value of the product.
You (as a consumer) have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please inform Bosphorus within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase and why you wish to cancel the purchase. This is not a mandatory requirement, but helps us improve our customer service and understanding.
The notice must be sent to e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel .: +45 26 29 21 15. In your notice, you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our cancellation form and return it to us. You can find it below.
You can not regret just by refusing to receive the product, without informing us at the same time.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice
